A poem for my mums birthday... 10 points for best answer?

So it's my mums birthday on the 1st of september and she is really hard to buy for, so today i came up with the brilliant idea of writing her a poem, the only problem is, i have no clue where to start or what to include.

So please any help would be greatly appreciated :)

If you really get stuck you could have a look in the paper shop at the birthday/mothers day cards......there always some with a bit of poetry that you can maybe change around a bit to suit.

Maybe do something generic, like:

Your eyes sparkle just like the moon,

Your face full of life,

You keep me happy and calm,

Even in times of strife.

You gave birth to me,

A feat like no other,

And that's why I'm proud to say,

The beautiful (name), My Mother.

Try and make it as personalized as possible.  It doesn't even need to rhyme.

Oh, and if you DO manage to come up with a good poem, it's always nice to have it printed and framed so she can read it whenever she wants.
