Consider this....what will happen to US healthcare if we socialize it like Canada or England....

What would happen to health insurance if it was made manditory like car insurance (hint: more claims....higher premiums)

Did you know that HMO doctors are paid based on the least amount of claims made? That means they are paid to not help people.....And your typical HMO just treats surface problems not the root cause - no prevention here.

What would happen if we just got fed up with health insurance and decided to make our own deals with doctors? Right now your typical insurance is just a 15% discount of services and a ton of restrictions. What if we took matters into our own hands and started competition? True Capitalism? Would we get the upper hand or completely undermind our medical system?

Right now hospitals are in trouble financially - operating with no overhead....
