They said the same thing for my region 3yrs ago. The reservoirs are now full again. But now it's considered weather...Dry=GW, wet=weather. I got to really think about that one.

The earth changes by virtue of the many forces at work below and above the surface.   This will always be and there is not a thing people can do about plate techtonics,  volcanoes or solar events.....
