Its real! "he" was actually born as a "she" The news reporter confirmed the story though his/her doctor!

This is silly, as the news reports make clear he is a trans-gendered male. IE "he" is biologically female and there's no reason "he" couldn't become pregnant. Depending on the extent of his surgical transformation to male, the birth may be a problem, but there's always C-section.

A biological male almost certainly couldn't carry a child without surgical and hormonal alterations that are beyond our current medical knowledge, though in theory it might be possible someday.

Discovery channel said it is possible for a man to get pregnant. To get milk, he has to have something pinch his nipples for 9 months straight

This "man" is really a woman who took hormones to look like a man because evidently she feels she was born in the wrong body.  Wether or not she feels like a man or a woman her body is that of a woman.  A man can not now nor ever will be able to have a baby.

What many fail to acknowledge is that this "he" used to be a "she."

This guy is a transgender.  He used to be a female who underwent a s*x change operation to become a man.  In the process, he did not get sterilized and he eventually stopped taking his testosterone shots.  He got married to a woman and through artificial insemination got pregnant because internally he still has all the female parts.
