    - DNA replication can't occur without a template strand.

    - Primase is required for synthesis of RNA primer

    - DNA helicase for unwinding of the two parent strands so that each acts as a template during replication

    It is an enzyme complex which moves along DNA (Does not contain DNA).

    Template DNA is the strand of DNA which is transcribed by RNA Polynerase - nothing to do with a primosome.
