A problem ordering on T-mobile.com need help?

Ok last monday I tried to order a USB cord for my Samsung Blast. I used a prepaid Visa(Greendot) card and when I was at the last step to confirm my order it said it couldn't be completed.So when I checked my card balance it said t-mobile took money from my account as a pending transaction. But I never recieved a confirmation e-mail from them.When I looked at the website it said it would take 2-4 business days so i decided to wait to see if it actually went through and it is now the 6th business day. I have called the customer support line 5 times today and it is either busy or all the operators are occupied. What should I do?????

  1. Try e-mailing and keep trying to call them, only they can answer this for sure, it does sound like the 2-4 days was for comformatiion of the card, it should be 3-5 business days for you to receive the item/
