A program started to install as I started on my PC (not online,yet) I canceled and a box came up with Microsoft.NET Framework saying "an unhandaled exception has occurred...click continue & application will ignore error & attempt to continue." I did this said but the two boxes are stuck, I cannot uninstall anything or install and i am unable to log off or even turn off PC unless done manually. I tried System Restore but it shut down some of my folders I need to access. HELP !! I HATE unneeded, overloaded Microsoft Windows programs!!!!
