A program that can convert videos into mp4 format for itunes?

If you are trying to convert dvd video to mp4, you need a ripper

such as Aimersoft DVD Ripper or Xilisoft DVD Ripper - neither is free; otherwise you can download a free dvd decryptor and use something like Handbrake but bear in mind that ripping dvds is illegal.

You have two options. You cna use SUPER Converter, which allows you to convert to almost any format, but is very advanced and if you're not good at computers you may just mess things up:

Or you cna use iPod or PSP Converter from Videora. It has the default mp4 Format which is compatible with iTunes and you cna use that quite easily:

iTunes only support MP4, H264 video formats. There are some useful guides about how to rip DVD to iTunes and convert videos and TV shows to iTunes for iPod, iPhone, etc, it works well for all the Windows and Mac OS users.
