A program to run pub files (open office wont work i already know)?

Question

i need to work on a project for school at home but its in publisher. i know there's a way to convert it to pdf to view it but i still need to make changes to it because im still working on it so i don't think that method would help me. Does anyone have any suggestions. its a business card so it i think the program would have to support that sizing and stuff in some way so it wont mess it up when i work on it at school too. Yeah i could just work on it at school except i dont have a lot of time in class to do it and i get picked up by someone after school so i cant stay.

Short answer - there is none.  The Publisher file format is proprietary and closed, nothing else will work with it.

with any luck and alot of editing, you may be able to open the file with paint.net, and edit it from there.

the only other advice is to google for a free business card programme and copy the design over.
