Question:

A question about 2 ipods?

I have a reg. 80 GB ipod. My friend just got an ipod shuffle. He does not have a computer (he won the ipod) and we were wondering if it is possible to make a playlist (or something) on my itunes program and export it to his. Essentially, he does not want all the songs I have on my ipod, only some. Is there any way to sort them out and send them to his without messing up mine?

(I hope that made sense -- in case you can't tell, I don't know much about ipods).

Thanks for any help you can offer!

  1. yea u could just drag the songs that you have on itunes to the little ipod shuffle icon

  2. Yes. Simply make a play list of the songs he wants. Then when you hook up his iPod, tell it to only sync with that play list. Make sure it is a standard play list and not a smart play list. Hope that helps.
