Does anyone know any cruise lines to Hawaii that leave on a Monday cause i know most leave on Sundays.

Look at the third one down.  It's 7-Day Hawaii, round-trip Honolulu with the first sail date on March 12, 2007 on the Pride of America.  That one leaves on a Monday
