A question about Egg noodles?

they can be homemade noodles you have to cook them with chicken broth for flavor

It has little flavour.

If it is fresh it will keep in the fridge for a few days or can be frozen. Check for a use by date.

If dried it will last ages in an airtight container.

Noodles keep forever until they are cooked.  They really have no flavor.

I usually think of egg noodles or pasta in the dry form.  They are not perishable.  They soften when cooked in boiling water and usually are served with a flavorful sauce over them.  Their flavor is neutral.  It's the sauce used that completes the dish.  (Even melted butter or cheese works instead of a sauce)

egg noodles taste just like any other pasta. And yes they are perishable after a couple of days. You will know when they go bad as they tend to have a funny odor.
