A question about Netflix's 3 DVDs at-a-time plan?

I want an answer from someone who has experience with Netflix...

I suspect by 3 DVDs, they mean 3 discs, but I want to make sure before I sign up for a specific plan. If I rent Star Trek: TNG Season 1 (7 discs total), will they send me all 7 discs and count it as "one" DVD or will they only send 3 discs?

Negative. It's 3 disc's. They'll send you the first 3, then once you return 1 they'll send the 4th, then you return two more they'll send you the 5th and 6th, and so forth.

they will send 3 discs, prob the first 3 in the series... as you send them back, you will get the others..
