A question about Rit Dye?

Ok so ive tryed turning a pair of jeans white twice with rit dye remover and itll turn them lighter but i cant get white.

The reason i want to turn them white is to turn these jeans a golden yellow color.

My question is can use rit dye over this really light blue with a golden yellow rit dye to make them yellow?

That might make them a little green. . . I'd try to bleach the h**l out of the jeans, then try the yellow.
