A question about an address in London?

Hello everybody

I have a simple question for those who live in London or those who know it very well.

I wanted to verify an address for a new IT company I want to deal with. I checked their address and to my surprise the address did not belong to them, but it belonged to several other companies.

The address is

"9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, E2 8DD"

My question to you folks: is this a legitimate address or am I dealing with a fruedelant company ?

thats because it is 19 Perseverance Works, perhaps?
