Would you consider it a form of interest or attraction if someone's eyes are shifting from your eyes down to your lips and back up to your eyes constantly while they are talking to you, or could it just be the way they communicate in general?

  1. I'd see it as a common thing, it's rather hard to keep looking into someones eyes all the time when you are talking, altering by looking at their lips makes it easier. People do it all the time. A teacher of mine told me to look at different things around the eyes if eye contact was needed all the time for some reason. Look at the right corner of the eye, look at the left eye brow and so on, moving your eyes but still giving the other person the feeling of eye contact.

It takes more knowledge about their body language to say if it's attraction or not. How do they hold their body, do they smile and how often, where are their hands and how do they move them and so on.

  2. In the right context, I'd probably take that as a sign of attraction!
