  1. I do have braces and when i was in seventh grade we told my orthodontist we were moving and he gave me the name of an orthodontist in the town i moved to and switched and my orthodontist faxed / mailed all my files and x-rays to my new ortho.

so basically just explain your situation and ask if he has any suggestion on a new orthodontist where you moving to.

  2. I personally think, as a person who has braces, you should talk to your orthodontist he or she will probably recommend a orthodontist in your new town and get your records to the new orthodontist ASAP.

    Hope I helped!

  3. I would not recommend changing orthodontists. It can be difficult for someone else to start treatment right in the middle of things and then finish. It could even delay your progress.  Tell your current orthodontist you will be leaving and ask what he or she recommends.

  4. you should tell you orthodontic on your next appointment.

  5. Go to uni and hold your head up highj!

  6. You definitely should discuss this with your current orthodontist. Why wouldn't you? They might be able to recommend someone near the university. Or, the university might have a school of orthodontia and you could get your work done free or very cheaply.
