1/2 peice of banana bread (plain)

1/4 of a chocki cookie (me and my friends split one lol)

1 bite of a small peice of pizza (didnt want whole peice)

small bowl (cerial bowl) of potato bake

is to much to eat in a day??

i worked for 5 hours to on my feet in a coffee house?

is this to many cals?

how mnay should i be taking in to lose weight?

how many calories do u think i consumed today?

  1. how about getting off the c**p and getting some fruit and vegetables down your neck???


  2. forget the pizza cookies and junk food and eat healthier like fruit and veggies, wholegrain breads, cous cous, salads  etc....

  3. Eating healthy and exercise is the best way to lose weight. But don't take in less calories than you burn, as not only will you be losing fat but you'll lose muscle too. Start eating healthier (which is something i also have to work on!) and you can satisfy your sweet tooth every now and then, just remember portion control.

  4. No it isn't too much to eat in one day, it's actually not enough and there is nothing healthy about any of your choices either.

    The average person shouldn't exceed a diet of 2500 a day to maintain a healthy weight and they should exercise at least 3 times a week for 20 minute intervals at the very least and that could include walking.

    I don't know how many calories you took in because who knows how big the bread, cookie, pizza or bowl was and we need to know that to determine how much exactly you took in.

    to lose weight you must maintain a healthy balanced diet with sufficient exercise. do not starve yourself or you're gonna pay for that for being unhealthy in the end.
