  1. That one should pray and examine themselves for any sins. Then one needs to go to confession before receiving Eucharist

  2. Examine our consciences, & ask ourselves if we are truly worthy to receive Our Lord.

  3. Every Christian should use the Lords Supper to examine his own spiritual progress and attitudes before partaking.

  4. Kinda like a 'spiritual inventory'. Then ask the Lord to forgive you and cleanse you from anything you can remember that is sin, and if you can remember all of it, He is The Mediator and will also talk with The Father on your behalf.

  5. Ask forgiveness for you sins

  6. self examination is an inward inventory of your past actions thoughts and behavior ..a time  to ask for forgiveness so that we can be in God's grace as we receive our spiritual feeding..also another opportunity to be mindful of his sacrifices..as the priest recites the prayers of the Eucharist..jesus's life flashes before me..the manager..12 in the temple..chasing gamblers..feeding many..a walk in the dessert..the stations..and the cross..it goes by really fast. As does time...
