I would like information on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Such as equity ownership requirements and tax policies.

Also, GDP per capita, inflation, and interest rates. (past, present, and future)

Can you give an example of some of the bureaucratic red tape

What are some of the cultural concerns/complications of doing business in Brazil. (such as customs, traditions).

What is the price of fuel used in transporting goods?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also, please list any qualifications for answering my quest

  2. Bis in Brasil can be very tricky there's not a strong judiciary to uphold interstate commerce, therefore it's a holly mess, as a rule of thumb all bis that do thrive it prosper for one or two years then FISCAIS will start coming for payoffs, throwing all sorts of tax codes at your bis, then it's just a matter of time before the bis goes under.  Just like leaches. I don't know what type of bis you're trying to implement but I would stay away, unless you're planning to open a casa da luz vermelha, ou padaria or buteco.

I graduated in '92 in SP with a BA in LAW @ Mackenzie Univ, after years of frustration trying to change that system towards a functional one such as the one we have here in the US I simply left.  I'll still go back, after retirement.
