A question about earing money online?

i was just wonder if anyone really got piad off paid survey and paid to click sites. it seems like it would take forever to earn money off these sites. most of the survey and get paid for clicking sites are only for the usa people and since i dont live in the us anymore nor the uk i can't sign up in some suvey and offers =/

ohh i heard that there are sites that pays you for showing other people web sites like a website page.

once some girl send me a link and when i clicked on it it said on the top of the page "i got paid 0.15$ for showing you this page" something like that xD dont really remember what exactly was written up there but anyway the point is i want a site that is willing to pay me for showing people web pages (no t for referraling people) more like advertising for other people :D is that possible?? plz dont start telling me to get a job i already have 2 jobs xD am just looking for extra pocket money :D paypal money to buy stuff off ebay :P
