A question about feedback on ebay and other buying stuff places?

i bought this item from someone on the internet on a website called sell.com and i messaged and said him once i receive the item i will give you feedback and im really panicing if i said it wrong like doesnt feedback mean you give either a bad or good message after you get ur delivery i just hope it doesnt mean anything else so it wouldnt confuse him so if anyone can tell me id apreciate it thanks
