Hey, in about 2 years time, i'm starting basic army training at Bassington.
I have always had an issue with my height- I'm 16 years old, 5 ft 3, 7 st 5 lbs.
I've started a fitness programme and weightlifting, so for the next 2 years i'll have time to get physically and mentally fitter.
But, I would still rather be just a few inches bigger, and surely 2 years would give me quite a lot of time to grow.
I've started eating a balanced diet, with plenty of fruit & veg, lean meat, water & milk, yoghurts, fish, bread, pasta & rice etc. But i thought maybe theres a certain food to eat which can help me grow quicker than any other food?
Any info about growth and foods will be appreciated. Thanks (:
