I live in Laredo, Texas and I'm concerned about the rain this hurricane will bring in. Do you think it will affect the are I am in severely? Should I panic and start packing some bags? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  1. a good thing to have on your computer is weatherbug.  its free and you can download it.  it alerts you of severe weather.  i just got alerted for a severe thunder storm and its right on time.  good luck !!

  2. wow i think you should evacuate for just until it passes and quick it hits land in several hours

  3. Pack a couple bags with neccessary things like money, medicine, documents in case of evacuation. Monitor local news sources to see if a flood warning comes up or evacuations are underway. Stay calm. I live in Florida so I know about hurricanes.

  4. You should prepare for it though. I'm not sure about the area you live in but you should have frequent news and info. As of right now, it is a category 2 hurricane and if you are really nervous and scared, you should evacuate for your own safety and stress. Better safe than sorry!

  5. Well I live in Laredo, TX too and we're doing nothing about, it's just rained so far. I guess if it gets too bad we'll bring the dogs in.

Are you against it's path.... I mean with the eye and everything. Is there going to be like flying debris and broken windows and stuff. Sorry I know I sound uninformed and stuff but I just came back from San Antonio today and went to church, I havent watched news yet or anything. My dad has but..... I dont know. E-mail me if you know anything okay.
