why do poeple favour ehr n think heidi is the bad one. i just want to point. season 1 lauren said u should al;ways lie in an interview about ur flaws but if u ask heidi she will say the truth. ummm does that not say that luren is acting fake?? as an employer i would want to hire someone who is HONEST!! who do girls idolize someone who is not honest. i just feel bad for poor heid i getting greif all the time when lauren is the possesvive one who dosent allow any of her freidns to have another friend beside her. also have you notcied that she was all spots n bad skin on laguna n season 1 of hills wasnt to great either but since its success suddenly she has flawless skin?

Im guessing its because the hills is a more mature show and they want young girls to look up to these women and idolize them. Its about transformation, in Laguna she may have appeared like that, but now shes supposed to be mature living her dream in the city. If she looks better it will show what a change this has made to her life and she will appear more successful and glamourous, girls will think "what a dream come true" It will boost the shows poularity and ratings.

ya your right in a lot of this. i mean it isnt all laurens fault, heidis too, but lauren puts all hte blame on heidi. u can tell heidi wants to be friends wiht lauren but lauren just wont. and i hate how lauren always thinks she has to approve her friends boyfriends. she hates all her firends boyfriends! she hated heidis and audrinas. i didnt notice her skin though.

Well, many people only have jobs today because they lied. Scary thing is these are the same people who complain about the secrets of others.

In my experience, everyone favors the liar for some unknown reason. Maybe she is prettier, or sexier, or whatever the case may be with these people, who knows.

Sometimes I feel that they favor the liar because they themselves are liars (you attract what you are, as some have said). And liars are many, while honest people are very few.

As for the skin issue, that's the beauty of makeup.

I also think Heidi is better than Lauren, but this proves it's not because you're better that you are more popular. Beware of the popular crowd, they're liars, among other things.

Lauren is a idiot, and an actress none of it is reality. I like Heidi more any day!
