ok if you use monster reborn to bring back any monster, is it require for a patricular monster to be tributed before hand. For example lets say you use your card of destruction and send your blues eyes to the field, then you used monster reborn, is that legal even though the blue eyes was never summon in the first place. Can you summon any monster from the graveyard any time even though some monster have not been in played on the field to begin with.

  1. Yes you can do that.

  2. So long as the card does not have an effect that forbids special summoning, any monster in the graveyard can be summoned to the field.  So, yes, if you discarded a blue eyes from your hand and then used monster reborn, you could special summon the blue eyes to the field, without sacrifices.
