I have booked a holiday in january and i fly tommorow with bmi from manchester to the uk

now we booked premium economy seats and it says this on my ticket but i phoned the airport about 20 minutes ago (manchester uk) and they have said that i booked with economy class even though it states on the ticket i purchased 3 premium economy seats for alot more money (about 500$ extra)

Now What is going to happen will i be stuck in economy or if i argue will they put me back in the place i booked first(premium economy) or will they apologise and put me in buisness class!

Thank You

  1. Premium economy is usually selected seats within the economy class. (aisle seats, exit rows or front rows with more foot room.)

You're still in the economy class cabin, but not in a middle seat or non-reclining seat.

Alot of airlines are charging premiums ($) for the comfort of a better seat in the same cabin.

  2. IF you have paid for premium class seats and it states that on your tickets then I would argue until the cows come home. You have paid extra money for this service so make a fuss until you get it.

I can truly understand your annoyance!

Sounds like they have made an error!

You could always phone BMI and tell them the problem?
