The number six has to do with time or the material world, in that the unmaterial world has no time. It comes from the breakdown of 60 seconds to a minute, 60 minutes to an hour, 30 days in a month, 12 months in a year and 360 days in a year in ancient time. A week is only 1 day more than 6 and God is related to that number. So all the suffering that we do in life gets blamed on 6. The number 3 is most likely an individual as in a body and 2 hands, so 6 is 2 people and with 2 people comes conflict. 66 would be war and 666 would be a really big war. In the year 66, the Jewish rebelled against Nero and there was much bloodshed. This was 66 of the Christian year. 33 years after the death of Jesus who died at the age of 33.
