  1. No.  The parent is responsible for the child and is required to provide a home.

A friend had a teen who liked to sneak out and then call at 3am to be picked up.  One time she refused & locked up the house, and the police ended up bringing him home and said that it was her responsibility to deal with the problem.

They went to counseling and had a tough time, but I think eventually things worked out.

  2. no

  3. no.

    its some what illegal.

and i do not know the consequences.

maybe a few nights in county jail

or the child may be taken to closest family member or foster home.

  4. nope

  5. where are you in the would?

what age is the underage child?

some places say that you can put them out at age 16 some say 15, mostly it is when they can get a job legally but you would need to ask the local children perotive services as they would know more then anyone.

even if they can not though the child out, they can always hand them over to foster care and let the system take care of the child/ren.

when the child is told to leave then also they are still able to sue for child support to until they are 18 years old too so you will still have to support them (if they know what they are doing that is)

    Good luck
