Who really holds power in the colleges and universities today? Describe the distribution of power, drawing on the elite and pluralist models where relevant.

The LIBERAL educators hold and control all universities.

The LIBERAL educator most able to instill in the YOUNG mind the anormal attitudes and behavior controls the power because they bestow upon themselves the ability to control things. Harry Potter is an excellent portrayal of such.

Well I  would say the students,since they are one's paying for classes and can choose not to go there.
