A question about pre calculus?

Do I have to take pre cal if I want to take Calculus or can I just skip it?

It depends on the school.  Some will allow it with instructor's permission, some will allow it if you demonstrate proficiency in pre-calculus materials (usually by passing a test) and some will not allow it at all.  You'll need to work with the school administration.
