Question:

A question about rape?

Okay so if it's technically rape as soon as a woman says "no." Then shouldn't it be very easy for a woman to frame up a guy she holds a grudge against and have him locked up in jail? It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to make it look like a rape especially if things got rough just naturally... So why doesn't this happen more often, or does it?!

  1. As long as the women control the female s*x organs, then they will make the rules of s*x.

    Let's face it, if sheep could cook, there would be no more rape in our society.

    And BTW, it happens a lot more than you might think. Just most cases are settled out of court so there are no records.

  2. Juries are sympathetic to defendants accused of date rape for the reasons you mentioned, so it is very hard to get a conviction.  That means  a woman can not just get someone locked up in jail. Also if a women really  disliked a man enough to want to destroy his life, she probably would not want to have s*x with him.

  3. yes, women do this but they usually get found out and get into trouble, there has to be evidence i.e. bruising, stains, ripped clothes etc. and the police are trained to recognise genuine trauma.

  4. i think u were accused to rape someone. and if not then DONT THNK TOO MUCH

    peace

  5. A lot of rape cases are just that. A woman changes her mind or get a case of the guilts and bingo! You're up for rape for what was consensual at the time. Without a bad rep on the woman, it's d**n difficult to disprove. And NO, I haven't been in that situation! I have several friends that have been.

  6. I think they can prove it wasn't. For example, if you used a condom, that would count. What kind of racist suits up?

    Oh, and rape can cause damage to the v****a because she isn't wet. There's more evidence.

  7. Because women like s*x more than they like to s***w over people.

  8. Claims of false rape used to happen decades ago when a girl got busted for having s*x by daddy - and would claim "rape" so daddy wouldn't get mad at her for not being virgin anymore.

    However - nobody bought false claims then, and still don't.  Girls who get raped by a boy don't continue on dating them....Even the daddy's of these girls of yesteryear know this, and didn't shoot the boy - they just made them get married.

    False claims are rare - and are usually exposed when they do occur.  Girls today are so very openly promiscuous - they don't care if they have 50 sexual partners or not - thus no need to claim rape so nobody will think they gave it up willingly.

  9. No-one can possibly guess how often it happens.

    A large percentage of 'date-rape' cases come down to "I said no" - "She said yes". The jury has to decide who's most credible. Since, in most cases, the complainants prior history is inadmissible, that decision is heavily weighted against the defendant. Add to that the fact that in many cases both the complainant and the defendant were drunk enough that neither of them have a clear memory of the events, and things get even harder to sort out.

    The posters above are way off the mark. VERY few rapes meet the classic stereotype of a guy forcing himself on a stranger. Over 90% of rape allegations occur after the complainant and defendant have gone somewhere together and begun making out.

    The typical rape allegation is not;

    "I was walking along and he jumped out of the bushes and grabbed me".

    It is;

    "We were on the bed making out, and we already had our clothes off and we'd done some oral s*x, and then I decided I didn't want to go all the way and I told him "No, Stop" and he didn't."

    A lot of times, that's exactly what happend - the girl simply changed her mind (or sobered up a bit) and the guy didn't stop. That is rape. Many times, though, the guy spends the night and the rape allegation comes in the morning after he's left. How many of those are real, and how many are "Oh #### what have I done?" post-coital regrets is something we can never know.

  10. Wow..is it moron day on here or what. Richard is the only one I can see with a decent answer so far.

    I am sure there are plenty of cases of false claims of rape and as Richard stated, it comes down to he said/she said.

    Also, for as many cases of false rape claims, I would guess, (please note I said guess, this is not a statistic) that there are twice as many unreported actual cases of rape.

    When it comes to he said/she said and unreported crimes, it's impossible to know the real statistics.

  11. cause women love men more then anything.  Exsept chocolate.

  12. Technically that's correct.

    However, bear in mind that it is Rape from that point FORWARD, retraction of consent cannot be retroactive.

    That being the case, it's going to be one person's word against another, and the Prosecution is going to look for physical evidence to try to see which side is telling the truth, and distinguish it from post-coital remorse and true rape.

    The bottom line is that the woman can very easily make an allegation of rape after the fact, but proving it is hard enough when it's true, it isn't likely to work unless they were into something like bondage or S & M that gives the appearance of force being used.
