I was wondeing what effects sleep deprivation can have on a person? Last night I could not get to sleep until 3.30 am, I had to be up for a meeting at 7.30 am, after the meeting I went back to sleep from 10am until midday, I woke up with a splitting headache that has lasted througout the day and also felt very dizzy and disoriantated for the whole day aswell. What effest can lack of sleep have?
