A question about sunnah prayers...?

Salaam. =]

For Sunnah prayers, do you recite any Surah after Al-Fatiha?

Or are you supposed to recite Ikhlas, Falaq and Nas?

Also, any specific du'as to be said in Sunnah Prayers?

in sunna or any salah any sorah can be recited there is no  specific sorah like ikhlas or Al Nas any thing فاقراو ما تيسر من القرآن

regarding Dua any dua'a narrated about Rasulullah can be said in sunnah and nufl like

اللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلما كثيرا ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت فاغفرلي مغفرة من عندك وارحمني إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم

at least three verses of Quran
