A question about the Samsung T-10 and K3?

I am looking at buying one of these, and I need an answer from someone who owns either a T-10 or K3. They are MP3 players, right? Now, I know the Apple iPod connects to your computer, and you use the iTunes program to put music on it. What program is used to put music on the Samsung T-10 and K3? Thanks to all who contribute.
