A question about the Walmart Visa Gift Card......?

I just bought a $50 visa card from walmart to order something online. Well I purchased the item, but realized it was the wrong thing so I wrote to them cancelling my order. Well they cancelled it but the money has yet to be put back on. I tried to call the visa card, but its just automated and I cannot talk to someone.....did anyone else have the same problem?? I ordered the item a few days ago....

The company you purchased the product from might have already issued a refund, but it may take awhile for the money to appear back on your visa card. Since it's a prepaid credit card, it may take longer than usual to see the refund appear (even up to 1+ month). The only thing you can do is wait for awhile to see if it eventually appears, or contact the bank that card is associated with. Also, the charge on the card might only still be in an "pre-authorization" state, where the money is merely "held" for a preset amount of time. In this case, you just have to wait until the bank releases this hold.
