  1. You're as thick as a proverbial brick.  Cheers!

Yes:  as in most elections, the winner takes the prize.  CNN will tell you when that happens.

  2. I just want to know when will it all be over!  It's boring.  This is YA UK & Ireland.  If I was interested in American politics I'd go to YA USA.

  3. There are two main parties in the USA and each are currently choosing who will be their candidate for the Presidential election in November. The Republican party have chosen John McCain. The Democrats will choose either Obama or Clinton and this will be known by August once all the states have had their primaries/caucuses.

Then the actual presidential campaign starts.

  4. whoever wins between Obama and Clinton becomes the front runner of their party and will run for president against another person from another party, who will be John McCain

  5. If you are old enough to vote...

    then get involved.

  6. i assume you mean hillary clinton and barak obama. well, both are democrats, so only one of them will be able to win the democratic bid to run for president against republican john mccain this fall. the only thing being decided in the recent caucuses you've been hearing all about is which one will get to run against mccain-hillary or obama.

obama is currently ahead although hillary is not too far behind. hillary is also said to be hinting at being open to running with obama on a joint ticket which is a win-win for both of them. a joint ticket would mean one of them would be running for president and the other for vice president against john mccain this fall.
