What is the different interpretation of red and yellow hazard stakes and what are ones options pertaining to both colors.

  1. A yellow stake means that if the ball goes over the yellow stake line and then goes back into the hazard then you get to hit the ball from when it crossed. If it does not cross the yellow stake then you must hit from the last point of entry into the hazard. Meaning if you hit it in the pond from 200 yards out and the pond is 100 yards away then you can hit the ball from 101-200 yards away as long as you are in a straight path from the ball flight. The red stake I am not so sure of.
