A question about two Lego sets I have.

Hello, I am buying the two Lego sets from the theme Alpha Team. They are Mission Deep Sea, and Ogel's Mountain Fortress. I am buying these because I believe they both have a ( In the first set ) red hook for Ogel's Hand, and ( In set two ) a blue hook for his hand. If he doe's not have those two hooks on his hand in both of those sets, please tell me, or I would have bought the sets for nothing. Thanks!

That is indeed correct, although each hook is transparent, not a solid color.  The trans-red hook was available in 4 different Mission-Deep Sea sets, while the trans-blue hook was only in the Mountain Fortress.

You can also probably buy JUST the minifigs or even just the hooks on BrickLink:
