A question about yugioh and lord of d?

if you have the lord of d out with his dragons, can he negate the effects cards such as cyber jar, man eater bug, han hee, or even the crush card. What can he exactly do, he can stop that tagest cards like change of heart and I know he cant stop a dark hole but what about cards that say destroy 1 monster on the field and if you choose a blue eyes, wouldnt it not work since lord of d is protecting.

It has to be cards that target. Smashing Ground and Fissure do no target because its target is not clear. A card targets if your opponent manually picks the card. The issue of what does and does not target is complicated.

that is what it says but if someone divine wraths it than your sol but every thing else can target lord of d because he is a spell caster
