A question concerning percentages?

60% = $900,000 divided by $1,500,000.

I come up with 60 percent.  Get a calculator and take $900,000 and divide by $,1,500,000.  You get 60%.  Then take $1,500,000 and multiply it by 60% and it proves that answer is correct.  So, the answer is sixty percent.
