A question for Germans from a German in America?

Hey - I'm German, and I moved from Germany to America a few years ago. Just out of curiosity, (since I havn't been back to Germany since) how popular Rammstein is there still?

yea....it wasn't ever really popular over there...people want to think of it as german music. You need to go back and check it out lol..lots has changed my dear

not very popular, more insider, skinhead music. much much more popular in the US. since i move here about a few month ago, there must have been at least 20 peopel asked me about the song "du hasst" and what it means....

If you're German, you are probably aware of the fact that Rammstein has never been as popular in Germany as they have been and still are in the US. ;)
