A question for computer masters

Question

when i go to google images and save picture as, the program just shuts down and i need to restore it, with every image!

does anyone know what to do or how to fix it?

Try updating whatever browser you're using.

Are you talking about Google Picasa or the actual browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) shuts down?

If the browser shuts downs, does it happen for the same image or any image?  Also, try the same action on a different browser.  If you get the same results you may have a hardware issue, but I would expect other weird problems, not just this.

I guess when you say program you mean Internet Explorer.  Try another browser like Firefox and see if the same thing happens.  It may not be the browser . but a security program setting shutting it down.
