A question for contact wearers?

having alot of trouble figuring out if im putting my contacts in the right way when i examine it both sides look like a "bowl" how can i tell if im putting them in inside out or not

  1. hold it on your fingertip and if its wavy, its backwards, if its straight its correct.


  2. if you have them on the wrong way , they will move up and down when you blink and you'll know it

  3. If it's inside out, it will just keep folding when you blink, and will also be uncomfortable.

    So if one or the other happens, just take it out and turn it back the other way.

    Another way to check is the " taco" method.

    With your left palm out flat , place the lens with the center right on the crease in your palm that is nearest your little finger.

    Then bend your hand very gently back and forth a few times. If the edges of the lens come together like a taco...it's good.

    If the edges try to flip outward, it is inside out.

  4. Honestly, I just put them in how they are and if they hurt, they're the wrong way!
