Okay I just saw this commercial for Bisquick Shake and Pour. How the h**l does that work? It says all you have to do is add water, shake, and, well, pour. This is a serious question! I'm not kidding!!!!

That sounds gross to me. Talk about processed food! I guess it's like space food in a way.

All the dry ingredients are included. (it includes dry egg whites, too.)

However the ingredients aren't very good for you-

Trans-fats actually. "Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil"
