  1. I've known people who have had it very seriously,

and I myself have had minor encounters with it,

and it's usualy one of two things.

The woman's v****a is one (of not) the cleanest place in her body, so if any forgen substances get into it (soap in the shower, lint from clothing, and from a beach,) , the body will secrete the unwanted substances out of the body, pushing it out with discharge.

Another ting that is a bit more unlikely (unless it is extremely heavy) is that it could be a virus, or sexually (not nescarly transmitted) but obtained disease or virus.

I once noticed when I had bought some new undergarmets that they were rubbing oddly as I sat or waled. I dont know If it has anything to do with it, but I had experianced what you are. Try wearing 'granny panties', or jockey underwear instead for a week, and see if things change.

If you think your body is trying to clean something out, let it do its on its own, or im sure you could pick up some vagisil wipes at the grocery store.

If you think it is a virus, or if simptoms worsen, prosist, or change, I would reccomend seeing the doctor/gynacologist.

The diagnosis will probally be some antibiotic like penacillin, but if the doctor sees simptoms that could be an std (wich is unlikely if those are the ONLY symptoms you are experiancing) , and could give youa simple blood test to find out.

    Good luck!

  2. You should be talking to your mom! FYI periods are painful! you bloat! and bleed! and since your still a kid, your not on any birth control, which help shorten most periods and lessen pain.  And the girl the wrote that your v****a is self cleaning, was correct!  And don't forget that you will have a discharge or become wet! when aroused! Sorry if that's TMI

  3. It's fine. It's vaginal discharge. It just means that your v****a is cleaning itself. It's a sign of puberty, so your period will be coming. (I don't know when, no one knows when...i just takes time.)

  4. It's your first period.  At first they will not be regular.  You may only get them every few months.

  5. usually six months to a year after dischRGE STARTS you'll start your period sooooon. -marty jean baker

  6. Probably it means your period will come soon... but the definition of "soon" is pretty different from girl to girl.   Some begin with a fair amount of normal discharge that cointinues for three years or more before their peiods begin... others have only a few weeks or a couple of months worth.   Both of these are pretty unusual but pretty much normal.

Two things will make you wet "down there".

    1) Your genitals keep themselves clean and healthy by sort of "rinsing" themselves with the fluids that they make... sometimes there's quite a bit of fluid and it can leak out a lot, so wearing panty liners or even light pads can be a good thing to help keep your clothes clean.

    2) When your body is aroused sexually ("turned on" or "horny", even if you're not doing or thinking anything sexual) your genitals will get wetter and slipperier... so that a p***s can slide in there comfortably if you have s*x like it's telling you it wants (you don't have to, of course).

I'm a cook, so the only things I can really compare the healthy smell of a v****a/v***a to are foods and such... and the nearest I can think of is a fairly mild combination of fresh oysters and grated truffles - usually more on the sea-like side, but not "fishy" and certainly not unpleasant. It often smells a little stronger when you're sexually aroused, but not always.

If the stuff is clear or slightly milky (might be tinted faintly yellow or brown), slippery to maybe a little sticky, and smells "earthy, animal and a little like the ocean", it's almost certainly healthy and good. If it smells truly fishy or otherwise bad, it's probably an infection and you should see a doc.

  7. yes hun its normal.. you should be starting your period soon.. good luck girlie  : )

  8. yes after you've had it for about a year your period will come.

    maybe sooner.
