A question for marriage certificate translation?

pleez answer my question pleez tell me i'm a citizen os us and now i 'm applying for my parents they need their marriage certificate in english now they have translated the certificate in english but what should they do of the signatures which the original one have on it vakeel and witnesses

please answer me i'm so upset thank you so much

Both the original marriage certificate & its true translation in English language copy have to be Apostiled. All documents should be first authenticated by the designated agencies in the State from where the document has been issued. In case of personal documents such as birth, death, affidavits, power of attorneys, marriages etc, Home Department/General Administration Department are the designated authorities. After this Documents attested by these authorities then need to be presented to MEA (Ministry of External affairs) for issue of Apostilles.

Once both these documents regarding their marriage get authenticated & has Apostille stickers they will be considered as genuine documents admissible for any purpose including the immigration process for USA. This the latest legal position regarding such documents.
