  1. She needs to take a nap during the day. She is getting over stimulated  and it is hard for her to go to sleep at night. I know it doesn't make much sense but it is true. The less sleep she gets during the day the less sleep she will get at night. Just try it.

  2. ♥ I would say at bedtime(whatever time you choose) tell her good night, read three books and sing her a song and put her in bed and shut the door. Do this everynight she might cry at first but she needs to get use to going to bed. Otherwise you are going to have to do this until she is 8 or 9.

    Good luck

  3. i agree with other response.  sounds like she is getting used to you being there, so she wants that.  stopping cold turkey might make her freak out a bit, though.  i might start limiting the time and slowly wean her down to just a few minutes.  she is old enough to understand a timer.  the biggest thing is to be consistent.  once you commit to whatever schedule you devise, you have to stick to it, or she will get confused.  it may get worse before better, but she'll get there.

  4. Just put her in her room tell her goodnight and shut the door you are making her get used to you putting her down for bed and she will excpect that until she is 6 or 7, eventually she will get used to it, I did that with my 2 year old and in about 2 weeks i could just lay her in her bed and she would go to sleep.
