Do you attibute your perfect body mostly to genetics, diet or exercise?

  1. There is no such thing..."perfect" implies "without flaw". So, unless you're Jesus, you...ain't...got it.


  2. genetics probably helps.

    but diet and exercise helps way more for me.

    and i dont think anyone's 'perfect' but you can get pretty good!

  3. i eat horribly and never work out so im guessing its genetics.

  4. It's a bit of each for me. My grandpa was really health cautious and that passed on to me. I also eat healthy and exercise most days out of the week.
