A question for tailgaters involving a product called a "Keg-a-Que"; is there a retaining clip that.....?

is supposed to hold the regulator in place?

I'm asking this in the Football category because...well, that's what we do at football games in Philly, we tailgate in the parking lot.

My Father found one at a yard sale and it struck me as odd that it would be that way as my experience with propane stoves has been that there is always a "C" ring that keeps the regulator in place.

If you use one or know someone that does, let me know if it's a free fitting set-up or one that requires a retaining clip.

My Keg-a-Que didn't have one...I used that grill for years. I've actually never had one with a retaining clip...but then I've only owned 3...a cheap one at first...then the Keg-a-Que...and now a BBQ-Pro...but the BBQ-Pro does have a regulator that actually screws in with a nut to tighten it in place.

Anyway, I never had a problem with the regulator falling out or anything in all the years I used it.
